Publication Fee:

Effective from April 06, 2009, all accepted papers in HealthMED Journal are subject to the Publication Fees. By submitting your paper to the journal, you confirm that you agree with and can pay the fee upon acceptance. The Publication Fee is based on the the income level of the country of citizenship of the first author of the paper, according to World Bank data & statistics:

 Publication Fee Fee (Euro)
 High-income economies 150
 Upper-middle-income economies 100
 Lower-middle-income economies 80
 Low-income economies 60

To see which category you country belongs to, see tables below.

NOTICE: For authors from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, and Macedonia, the publication fee different. To see their Publication Fee, click here.

Important Note: The above publication fee is for the papers with ONLY 1 author. In case the paper has more than 1 author, an extra 10 Euro will be charged per extra author, regardless of his/her country. It should be noted that the First Author is responsible for paying the total publication fee.

For example, a paper with 4 authors whose first author is from Pakistan (Low-income economy country), should pay 90 Euro as the publication fee. In other words: 90 Euro = 60 Euro (first author) + 30 Euro (3 extra authors)

The publication fee should be paid after the paper has been accepted and before the publication. The payment details is available in the file below:

- Publication Fee Payment Instruction

Kindly notice that one copy of the printed journal will be posted to the first author only. If the remaining authors (or journal readers) would like to order the printed copy of the journal, the cost of 5 Euro should be paid to the journal editorial office. For payment details, refer to the guide above.
